Suppliers

Supplier relations are as crucial to Acos as they are to our clients.

Acos operates in a market where supplier relations are as important as our relations to our clients. In the ever increasing pace of competition, Acos' Category Experts get most information about changes in the market through their daily contact to the suppliers, so we rely on good relations as well.

Acos operates under a stringent set of ethical rules to underline the importance in maintaining prime relations with suppliers:

  • Acos never has, and never will have, any preferred suppliers, and we expand our network simply by adding unknown suppliers used by new clients
  • When a deadline is set, all tendering suppliers must comply with such deadline
  • Acos never 'haggles' with suppliers; the supplier gives their bid once, that's it
  • We always invite the incumbent supplier to tender, provided our client agrees

Acos' Partners and Category Experts are not allowed to receive anything above a cup of tea or coffee from suppliers, (a.o. give-aways etc.). We ask suppliers to send such presents directly to the clients.

Acos does not make the final choice of suppliers, our clients do so.

If your company has never participated in an Acos tender, you are most welcome to inform us about your specialities. Please send us an e-mail and we will get back to you in order to arrange a meeting.
