Pre-Analysis

Acos' Pre-Analysis amplifies cost areas where results can be achieved in so to ensure that the efforts made to obtain cost savings are focused on the area’s with highest potential exists.
Acos analyzes the agreed (as many as possible) cost categories and provides a qualified estimate of potential savings and possible quality improvements. The Pre-Analysis clarifies: Purchase frequency, total number of suppliers and consumption volume.

Acos Monitor™ is a monthly “price watch” as well as unlimited access to Acos' Category Experts providing your company a guaranteed solution for both best prices and best practice - continuously.

When the Acos audit period of 16 months ends, the client enters into Acos Monitor™.

SRM™ area: Packaging

The SRM™ method is based on the registry of the last 12 months invoices, a historical analysis on a line by line basis. When the real consumer pattern is known, the Acos Category Expert makes the tender based on the volume of 1 year of purchase, including all requirement specifications for benchmarking the offers received.

Incoming price offers are compared directly to the benchmark of each product line and the client makes his choice based on the bottom line result of Acos’ comparisons.
