Acos Monitor™ is a monthly “price watch” as well as unlimited access to Acos' Category Experts providing your company a guaranteed solution for both best prices and best practice - continuously.

Once your costs are analysed, reduced and streamlined by the SRM™ process, Acos Monitor™ takes over.
On a monthly basis, we will monitor your prices and trade conditions, and once yearly we will analyse your situation in-depth. Parameters includes quality, prices, services and trade conditions as well as an estimation of related technologies to ensure that the client gets optimal market conditions on a continuous basis, which finally helps the client in future decisions in regard to purchase, suppliers, products etc.

Each month, Acos gives you either the green, yellow or red light meaning:

Green - Your conditions are very good, just go ahead.
Yellow - Be aware, some things could be improved. Acos will advice you what to do.
Red - Stop ! Your conditions are definately not good enough. Acos will help you get back 'on track.'
